I am seeing splashes in different threads about what components are backwards compatible from the 2014's. Would be cool to have a spreadsheet or at least one common thread about what fits, and what doesn't. I have no desire to buy a new one, but am interested to read about what is compatible and what isn't. It may make it easier to have 1 thread designated to interchangeability versus having to sift through a bunch of threads to see what works and what doesn't.
Maybe one of the mods can set up a sticky at the top of the page?
