My 13 street glide had the tool kit that "works on everything" except the bolt for the front bracket of the saddle bag. Found that out the hard way 100 miles from home. Lol

I have bought 7 new Harleys, & never once got a tool kit.

If you look in the "Harley-Davidson Parts Catalog" for your bike, the manual tells you exactly which models come with a toolkit.
