this is the truth---I'm running Kenwoods in the bags and MB Quart in the fairing the sound is fantastic----sold the Hogtunesand amp---PEZ does provide excellent customer support; but there are other options.

Why pay big bucks for hog tunes or others when you can buy any top grade 5 inch speaker at any sound store for around 50 bucks. We put Jenson in my sons 02 classic and they sound awesome, fit right up to the stock hd mounts and all and only cost 39.00. We could have used, Sony, JBL or others but the top price was only 89.00 a pair. And all were coated with a weather resistant coating too.

I must say that I agree with the guys who think the stock speakers are excellent. I have an 06 Ultra with stock exhaust & I rarely have to raise the volume level above half. My wife agrees that the radio is a night & day difference over our previous 02 Ultra, which wasn't terrible by any means. I have listened to the J&M & Hogtunes & they don't sound any better than my stock 06. I'll agree the Hog tunes look impressive but as they say " Chrome don't get you home" I've read about numerous problems people have had with defective hog tune speakers. Sure Pez quickly sends you a replacement which is nice of him, but I don't need to have a relationship with Mr Pez. Its pretty sad if you can't manufacture a speaker to be reliable,as it has no moving parts.

J&M's are weatherproof and I would imagine Hogtunes are as well. J&M's will outperform Hogtunes any day of the week. That is my opinion.
