Absolutely. My initial impression (which only consists of my ride home from the dealer) is very positive so far. Without a doubt we will have better temp control at the cylinder head

New air cleaner cover is a bit different. There appears to be more area inside the cover, the inlet faces forward and has a screen.





New AC element is different as well, it is canted at a 45 degree angle. Uses an improved breather hose assembly with dual breather hoses that join into a single hose. Surface area on the element is small

I wonder with the new cams what the stock perfromance will look like compared to previous 103 dyno pulls

Heard Jamie all most didn't buy the bike over a $15 price difference disagreement with the dealer.

Yes we purchased the bike from Appleton HD a very good group of folks. We will likely keep this one as we have a ton ot stuff to test with the new heads etc.. We have bought around 25 HD & metric bikes over the years for our in house R&D, including every Touring model from 2006-current except 2008 when we borrowed a bike and 2013 when there were no changes. This gives us the ability to perform our testing with no limits. We also have developed quite a few products for other manufacturers and companies behind the scenes as well.
