Fuel Moto... No Thanks

As an IT professional the 'cached' explanation is certainly plausible. Given that the OP has stated he has been researching this for a while. Also explains why Jamie would be saying the price wasn't changed and has been the way it was for some time.

Did you at any point say you were going to post this to this forum if the problem wasn't resolved to your satisfaction?

I work in the it world, and the cached web page explanation is certainly possible, it happens all the time. I'm not saying necessarily in this particular instance it's the case, But I am saying it is a plausible explanation. And i'm also saying this would be alarming out of the norm behavior for Jamie or Fuel Moto in my experience. Cindy was an absolute sweetheart, Jamie got right on the phone to answer my questions and make sure I was getting exactly what I needed... (older Bike) and everything was like they said it would be, and when they said it would be.
Again, not saying it's not possible that Jamie and Brian went total *** hat commando on this guy... just sayin it doesn't feel likely.

There is a reason I personally called you back after you talked that way to two members of my staff. Do you remember what you told me when you then went off on me?

To Fuel Moto- I have been in business now going on 23 years and learned the hard way sometimes you have to fire a customer so dont feel a bit bad about it and move on.
Count this as a blessing imagine if there would have been a real problem with something yikes.

From the sound of it she was going to take care of him right from the beginning and none of this would have been an issue.
