Default 2014 bluetooth headset

anybody know if the new 2014 limited will come with one Bluetooth headset to link up to that six and a half inch touch screen. and what brand and model of Bluetooth headset that will be. IMC? Like the hardwired headsets of years past. Is there still a comm port to plug in a hard wired headset on the dash on the 2014 bikes?

I use a Sena SMH-10 bluetooth headset on another bike I own and once you use one you will never want to be hardwired again!

I am also interested in knowing if it is possible to get rid of the tether cord for the headset. I took my Sena SMH10 headset/helmet to the dealership & the sales guy tried hard to pair them & it did not happen. but he paired to my cell in a blink though.

OP, the 2014's come with wired headset.

If you have a bluetooth headset that will pair with the 2014's will the CB also be wireless?

At this point, I think bluetooth is a must for the Ultra. Who wants to mess around with a cord? It's almost 2014 for crying out loud.

According to the owner of my local dealer, the bluetooth can only link up with 1 item. Therefore, if your phone is connect via bluetooth, you cannot use a bluetooth headset. That sucks!

OK, if you want bluetooth (sorry, listen mode only for CB), then you'll need a Sena SM10, Sena SC-A0120 and a SMH10. What this will do is the SM10 will plug into the hardwired port on the Ultra using the SC-A0120 and then the SM10 will pair with the SMH10. The good news is that the SM10 will pair with two SMH10. You'll get all the audio that comes out of the hardwired jack, be able to use the touch screen and or handlebar controls to switch between audio, GPS, etc. The only problem is the voice for the CB want go back over the SM10, it's one way only. Too bad, but I'm not on the CB that much. I've got a wired cord for that if I every need it or until someone makes a bluetooth unit that will work with the CB. I tried pairing the SMH10 directly to the Ultra (I have a 2014) and although it saw the device, it would never pair. Searching the net found no one who was successful and a lot of folks who talked to their Dealers who said you couldn't do it.

Hope this helps someone.
