The way most of the threads about the new bikes read, it almost sounds like the majority were going to get the 2014 models...until they saw them and their "twin coolers". The new bikes don't really bother me one bit because I wasn't ever planning on trading mine.
I watched the video and they now have bluetooth. wtf. I cant stand watching cagers on the cell phone and now Harley is encouraging bikers to use cell phones while riding. Ain't it dangerous enough. My phone stays in my pocket on vibrate. I would give the new twin cooled engine a year before jumping on that upgrade.
After seeing the new line of 14's, it makes a little more sense why the Road Glide was pulled for a year. I'm just hoping the Road Glide won't resemble a Gold Wing by the time they are done with it.
I guarantee the RG will come back like the Gold Wing. It's going to be very interesting to see what they come up with.. The molds for the 80's tour glide finally wore out
If a Goldwing and a Victory bumped uglies the new Ultra would be their offspring. I think I'm going to run down to Home Depot and get some toilet handles to stick on my saddle bags to start my "2014 upgrades" Not!!!
In that case, please feel free not to buy one, which hopefully, makes it easier for me to do so one day. Not a huge fan of the whiz bang "disco dash" but the other changes do look like improvements. I'll be looking for a test ride soon.

Can someone give a better expiation on what 'twin-cooling' is all about? I saw in the new P&A catalog a chrome water-pump cover. How much water-cooling is going on?
I like the photos of the saddle-bags and Tour-Pak along with being bigger, not so sure on the new dash and gauges. Reminds me of something that Honda or Yamaha might do. Bat-wing has a air vent but other than on a black bike, not a design favorite of mine. The base price of my '10 Ultra is up almost $2,300 for 2014.
If you want to see someting the Motor Company really messed up, take a look at rear fender of the 2014 Fat Bob - somebody on the Dyna forum of this website said it looks like the Pontiac Aztec was the styling guide.
