Adjusting clutch
My 07 FLHX has nearly 50 k and I was thinking I should do an internal adjustment? I have done it once on a friends bike but quickly how again?

take off derby cover, loosen jam nut on shaft, turn shaft with allen wrench until resistance is felt, then back off 1/2 turn and tighten jam nut back to torque spec

There is a bit more to it than that check you service manual

"50 k" as in
50,000 miles without a clutch adjustment?
Gotta' ask, How often do you check your tire pressures?

The service manual has the best instructions, IMHO.
