13 street glide throttle sticking after using cruise
I have a 13 street glide and ive noticed after using the cruise and I take it of of cruise the throttle becomes hard to twist and it does not return when I let go. It eventually fixes its self but when it does it, its like if u were to engage a throttle lock and try to twist the throttle. I have the chrome and rubber hd handgrips. Any suggestions what it could be?

I think the throttle grip is binding on the switch housing. You need to introduce a little slack into the throttle grip. Loosen the 2 screws on the switch housing just enough to be able to move it. Wiggle the housing a little bit to the right. That should get rid of any binding on the grip.
If that doesn't help then maybe you have a bad twist grip sensor.
Engaging the cruise on my 09 Ultra does nothing to the throttle grip. Once I engage the CC the throttle returns to idle. I can twist the grip to make the bike speed up but below that point it twists but does nothing to effect the rpms and operates smooth and easy. It returns to idle normally.

Do not remove the screws on the switch housing without placing a spacer between the brake lever and the perch. Not putting a spacer there could cause damage to the front brake light switch.
Slightly loosening the screws has not caused me any problems in the past.
Who replaced your grips? I am assuming your grips aren't stock.

I'm referring to the area of the master cylinder that the lever attaches to. When you squeeze the brake lever towards the grip, the other end pulls away from the m/c. When removing the master cylinder it is advised to squeeze the brake lever and place something between the end of the lever and the m/c housing before removing the clamp to avoid possible damage to the brake light switch.
I only mentioned this to cover my *** in case you would have loosened the clamp too much and damaged the switch.
I asked who did the grips because I wasn't sure how familiar you are with the above precaution.
