If this happens Nd you don't mind the hassle, try to get the turd to pull over or at least get his reg number Nd a look at his mug. File a report with the law. They are responsible for anything that falls off their vehicle.

Situation does suck, but now your scoot has some war wounds. Unfortunately it's probably not the last debris you'll cross paths with on the hwy.

the guy in the left lane should not have been pacing the truck. the left lane is for passing, not cruising.
