Anyone experienced this issue on their bikes? Trying to troubleshoot.
Have you checked the clearance between your pipes and floorboards? I was convinced there was something wrong with my brakes. After checking everything from rotors to wheel bearings, the local service manager figured out that when my V&H Power Dual header was installed, there was only a slight gap between the pipes and floorboard. Braking at low speeds caused the pipe to touch the floorboard mount creating a vibration that seemed brake related. Added a spacer and the difference is huge. I didnt realize it but I was feeling a vibration most of the time and it got worse when braking. Smooth as can be now. Yes there is a slight vibration when the brakes are applied when stopped but I found on mine it was much worse due to the lack of clearance with the headers.

This was exactly my symptom. See my post above.

Sitting still and pulling the front brake will cause a vibration. Take a look at a Wide Glide's front wheel at idle without the brake on. You will see the wheel also vibrating, but when the brake is pulled the wheel stops vibrating and the vibration is now sptransmitted to the frame. Noticed this when I first got my Wide Glide. So it is normal.

Same issue on 2015 SG. can't find anything wrong i noticed how much the front tire vibrates at idle without the brakes applied and how little when i grab the handle. my guess is the vibration transmitted through the rotor to the tire to the ground, is now transmitted through the rotor to the fork to the handlebars to me!! i hope that's all our is!
