I sent 4 emails starting last night!!
NO response !
today I get home from work sitting in front of my PC just fummin!!!
Then for some reason I clicked on my Junk mail!!
I had 3 emails from Bill needing more pic of the fender
I sent them he responded with in 15 minutes !!!
Said he would forward then to parts Manager and get back to me asap!!

sometimes getting mad doesn't help!!!!

The first pic I sent him I guess he accidently deleted it so he wanted more so he could
send it to the parts manager !!

Bill is pretty good to work with, but if you think LSHD is going to get in a hurry for you, you are going to be disappointed. Best to stay cool, not get in a hurry, and maybe consider talking with Bill on the phone, telling him you appreciate his help, thus build a good relationship. Relationships are everything.

me- I sent 3 pic
Bill- Ok we are ordering a new one, Ill mail you a shipping label, send the old one back
and we will ship you a new one!!

From the sounds of it... they are getting better at dealing with these sorts of issues. But I can tell you I have avoided them on big ticket purchases because of their rep in dealing with these issues.

Yea I was a little worried at first how this was going to go,
But they have set it up UPS will be picking it up at my house tomorrow
and as soon as they get it they will be shipping me the correct one!!!

So all good so far!!!

Well today I go my new fender !!! Correct one this time!!
I paid no shipping !!
Took them a little longer than I expected buts its here!!

Having ordered a zillion times from LSHD, you normally supply the part number to them. Did you supply the wrong number to him and they simply sent you what you ordered but it was the wrong number you gave or are you saying you had the correct part number and they gave you a totally different part?? Hmmmmm Can't say I've ever had an issue with LSHD over the years.

I ordered the CVO rear fender kit part number right out of the Harley catalog!!!
The fender was boxed wrong!!! it was not the correct fender for that fascia!!!
It had the mounting holes for the light bar!! There is no light bar for this set up
