Yes a big price but it sure is nice to see "made in USA" on a HD part.
I hear ya, there's hundreds of items from the big 3 vehicles to clothes that would be great to see made, or production returned here but me doubts that is going to happen anytime soon.
good to see that.i've never bought anything from wally world and don't plan on it. i always try to shop u.s.a. products, but very little is made here anymore. take a look at the wall in any dealership. can't believe products like redwing boots, levi's and carhart cloths are all gone overseas, what a shame.
would you be willing to pay $10,000 extra for your harley to get one that every piece on it was made in america by skilled union labor?? assuming the quality is decent, the price is going to be the determining factor on most of our purchases...not where it was made.
Unless we abolish the economic system of corporate/share holder greed in NA I'm afraid that won't happen, there will only be more products made where there are no human rights and worker protection in place and businesses can pocket huge profits and pay the workers ****!
We want cheap Wally world products!!!! there's a price to pay for that and we're seeing some of that now in our poor economic recovery, just hope it don't get worse, but corporate/share holder greed isn't leaving anytime soon.
