Default 103 or 96 stock cylinders To Do A FM 107

I have been thinking about doing a FM 107 kit. I brought a used set of stock 103 and 96 jugs. Would there be an advanage using the 103 jugs to do a FM 107 kit? Would the walls of the 103 be thicker after being cut to a 107 than if I used the 96 jugs?

No, the cylinders are all the same (they can make either work).

If you are going to have a left over set that you might sell, the 103" jugs might be worth a little more for someone wanting to upgrade a 96" motor, if they are in good shape.

doesn't FM have a more robust jug for their 107 build, like thicker walls ?

Yes they do, making their own thicker ones now as an option. After Jamie tells the whole world that stock to 107 juggs have and will never have a problem, even with huge mileage. Hmmmm...
