Default Self tuning with the SE-PRO tuner

I know I've read about some guys doing this.... For those of you that have tried it have you been happy with the results or do any of you wish you would have just went ahead and taken it in to a dealer and got it dyno'd and been done with it ?
I've got a bike that's been to 3 different places and they justo can't seemed to get the thing tuned right. I'm starting to think I'm going to have to
Figure it out on my own...
I think I made my own problem because I didn't go the standard Harley route with buying their performance packages. So now none of guys at dealers know how to tune it right .
So I'm interested if I'm going to have to get a Phd it tuning just to get this thing to run right ?
The other option is if someone really knows someone around the Midwest that really can tune a =+*^% bike .

It's a cvo so it has the 110 motor V&H power dual with monster rounds, just switched cams to a Woods 777, heads have been milled to bring the compression up to 9.8 - 1 and since they were off they were polished. Using the SE pro tuner

I have the same setup except SE cams. Why do you say it's not right? Maybe intake leak?
