Default Fender screw alternative?

I have put a solo seat on my RK and hate the fender screw that is left in the fender. Any alternatives?
I thought about a fender rack and may do that later but for now....

Thanks

Use touch up paint and paint the chrome screw the same color as your fender. Or better, you can buy a leather bib that lays flat over that part of the fender.

You can get Part No. 762 from the dealer. It is a plastic chromed little plug that threads into the hole. That's what I use when I don't have the rack on.

I don't think it is in the accessories catalog.I think it was a part from a Sportster or maybe a CVO.

you can thread in one of HDs license plate bolts in the hole. The skull shaped license plate screw is what holds my seat on.

Its a black plastic button that snaps in place, has the HD logo on top. Cop Bikes have that in place under the platform, it can fallout and you can get a replacement from your dealer for $4. I've had to do it once for my 09 flhpi.

I never saw it in the catalog but when I asked the parts guy what I could do to dress up that hole he knew just what I wanted and came out with the chrome plastic plug. It does get loose over time and start to work out but I took a paper match and wedged a piece of it into the slot of the plastic plug which tightened it up good.
