Default Replacing front wheel on a Limited with a wheel from a Street Glide

Fitment question

I'm thinking of replacing the wheels on my 2012 Limited with the wheels from a Street Glide.

Rear wheel is same size.

Will the front wheel cause any clearance issues with the fender seeing as how it's 18" and the stock Limited wheels are 17"?

Otherwise, axel size, rotors, everything is the same right? I know I need to make sure bearings are ABS.

Thanks

What are the tire sizes and does the profile offset the larger rim size?

BTW - Why change rims? I constantly get good comments on my chrome & Black Limited Wheels

I did just that on my Classic before buying the Agitators, and it worked perfectly, and made it look muccchhhhh better. They were plug and play if you will. Even given the 1" difference in size.

As far as I know, rear tire size is the same. Front tire would need to be replaced to match the 18" rim from the SG.

Just thinking of making a change.

Good upgrade for the money. There is a brand new set of take off wheels and tires on my local CL for $350. You can't buy the tires for that. Good luck

all of the stock hd tires/wheels (touring wise) from the 16'' to the 19'' cvo all have approximately the same overall diameter. the profile of the tire makes up the difference. the 17'' has the largest (by a couple hundredths of an inch) diamter of them all......

The 18 tucks in the fender a little better and has a nicer look.

I went to it from my 17 that was stock on my 09.
