There is a dealer download for the stage 2 kit ya have. So the previous owner may be correct that he has no tuner. It is epa complaint so may be lean. If you are happy run it. If not get a proper tuner & tune.I would not waste you time/money on the SEstreet tuner as it will basically only allow epa downloads. Ya can get by with a PCV but a tts/seprt/powervision would be better.

 

You can dial the SERT in on a laptop. I like em
