Default Custom Dynamics customer support

Just wanted to give a shout out to Custom Dynamics for their excellent customer service & support.
I had the white halo ring on my right front TS start flickering Wednesday morning on the ride into work. By the time I got home that afternoon, the white halo ring was gone. Amber TS still functioned, but no more white LED halo ring.
I called Custom Dynamics on Thursday morning. They sent me an email requesting some info & I returned it back the same day.
Here it is, Monday morning, and my new replacement cluster has already arrived in my mail box!
Now that's how a company should handle their product warranty & their business. Fantastic customer service.

I ment to do a write up on them aswell,

I ordered the full led signal kit front and back, triple play flasher, and came with the signal stabalizer, well for some reason my bike does not like when both sets are installed.

I've talk to them probably 10 times on the phone now and they have sent me resistors, a new signal stablizer, and just recently another thing to try and get me going, it was amazing how far they went to make me happy.

Now if only i had time to try this latest peice to see if it does make a differance.

Agreed, Custom Dynamics has AWESOME customer service.

I ordered a smoked blackout, laydown led tailight and when it arrived it appered to have a hairline crack in the top of the lens. You had to be at the correct angle to see it, very minor but it was there. The guy I spoke with said it may just be a mold mark.

They had me e-mail a picture and the next day a replacement was on the way. They wanted the customer totally satisfied with their product. He told me to do whatever I wanted with the first one I received.

Awesome customer service. I don't mind paying a little more for a quality product knowing that the company will take care of me.

I couldn't agree more. While I haven't had issues with their products, I emailed back and forth with them several times with questions I had about setup, configuration, part numbers, etc. They were always prompt to reply and very helpful. I purchased the rear LED's and front Dynamic Ringz. Couldn't be more happy. Next on my list are the Plazma Rods for the rear.
