mono tube question
I'm gonna have to replace my lower fork sliders, and I'm considering installing mono tubes when I do. If I understand the mono tube set up correctly, you don't run fork oil with them, is that correct? It looks like everything internal in the fork is replaced with this gas charged all inclusive package that is the monotube? Is that right?

You still need to run 5oz of oil to lube the bushings and seals.

Now that makes sense. I was wondering how long they would last without lube of some sort. Thanks!

Monotubes in the front and Ohlins in the rear is absolutely the best investment I have ever made in my bike.
