RE: Better looking RoadGlide fairing contest
Here's a Head On shot of a 1994 Tour Glide Ultra.

Say what you want, its MINE. It can haul *** too.
Here's the Cockpit view in case you get bored:
(Another Very Large Pic)

You'll note it is less sleek and more expansive than the Road Glide model fairing. I would wager the newer, sleeker RG fairing is just as effective.
* Question: Anyone know where I Can get a new Tank Panel insert that actually says "Tour Glide" on it?

RE: Better looking RoadGlide fairing contest
A friend of mine bought a RG last year and it took some getting used too, but it finally did grow on me. He'll let me ride it anytime, but he did put a lower windshield on it that makes all the air hit me right in the bucket. That I don't like, but he might be putting a taller one on soon. I think that will make it a lot better.

I have an 07 Vivid Black RoadGlide, if you never rode one, you are missing out. This bike is incredible and just tears a$$ down the road. I hear the same thing all the time about how wierd it is to have the fairing mounted to the frame not the handle bars. As far as I know Harley is the only manufacturer who mounts the fairing on the forks. If you ever ride it, you will quickly realize that you don't even notice the difference visually. I regulary ride with Road kings and all variety of E-glides and love watching them hold on for dear life while I am comfortable and relaxed because my steering is not attached to a big airdam. All you E-glide/ Street glide guys can Pile on, but if you ever ride a RG, in your heart you will know what we select few already know . See you in Daytona, starting tomorrow
