The stripes are from Hell's Foundry. Really like the way they came out. It's a perfect match with the stock graphics. I chose not to do the side panels for my own aesthetic reasons.

I'm surprised none of you RG riders commented one way or the other. Granted these do not apply to those on '07's.

For me, I'm locked into Road King love and don't want anything else. But, if I were to get an HD fairing bike, it would be the Road Glide in a New York minute. It's just pure physics: the frame-mounted fairing is superior in every conceivable sense. And there are few sweeter looking HD's than a blacked-out Road Glide. One of these days, I'll get a Road Glide, black it out so dark you'll see the stars in it at night; but the Road King will always be my first love and best ride.

Did I hear wrong? I was told the '07 Road Glides have the fairings fork mounted; maybe just another goofy dealer comment.

The dealer must have read their brochure on the 2007 Harley's. A salesman at the local dealership happened to give me one and after I got home I browsed through it and read the Road Glide blurb.
Here is a quote right from the literature:

"FLTR ROAD GLIDE Hardcore touring statement with a helping of style - a fork-mounted fairing separates this gem from the rest of motorcycling's rockbed."

haha... The salesman I talked to knew it was mounted to the frame (since I was looking at one and talking to him about it). He must not have been doing his studying of the latest Harley literature.

You ever seen the SE edition. The graphics are awesome in a RG.

The only one I really like is the 2000 three tone red SERG, but I've seen some dynamite custom color designs and the all blacked out look is pretty cool. The graphic stripes work for me until I feel the need for the radical custom paint job or the new bike, LOL.
