RE: Service Notice In The Mail
choochoo-It may be the rear cylinder, but the salesman said front, we all know how much they know.LOL Either way, I'll get this done before I add a SERT or PCM III.
DT-Sounds like we have the same letter, except, my number at the top is AADC 500 P58 C21. This is also my second notice to have this done.I picked up my 07 in August 06. Winter has kept me from taking it in. Hopefully in a month or less I can get it there, need my 2500 mile service anyway, they can do it then.

RE: Service Notice In The Mail
I've got an 07 Ultra that I got last Novemer. I've got 8K on it and haven't received a letter. I was getting a new tire put on last week when someone with the same bike came in with the letter. He was told it was supposed to change the torque curve to reduce power and ease the strain on the drive components at certain rpm's. I'm not too sure if that's correct, but that's what the service man told the owner. I haven't received a letter.
