Hmmm.... Exactly what kinda bars are we talkin' about? I prefer mine parked with the bars within walking distance.

Well I always park with them lined up and closest to the ground that way they are pointing up, if they pointed down I think the air might fall out.......I don't think those caps hold in all that well.
