Screaming Eagle vs Rush pipes?

Screaming Eagle vs Rush pipes?
Ok, I am finally going to spring for a SERT and let the dealer do a Dyno tune.
I have a set of screaming eagle slip on's (baffled) and a set of Rush slip on's with 2" baffles. The Rush sound better.
Anyone have any idea which pipes will produce the best numbers on the dyno and SERT install?

RE: Screaming Eagle vs Rush pipes?
I did the SERT / dyno tune install with the Rush slip on's and 2" baffles. I also have a screaming eagle air cleaner.
I got 70.60 HP and 78.39 Ft. Lbs. torque. Before installing the SERT and with the Rush pipes, it dyno'ed at 63.82 HP and 70.87 Ft. Lbs.
I did this due to the fact I lost a noticable amount of torque when I took the screaming eagle pipes off and put the Rush on, so I figured I was running too lean.
I can't say for sure because I did not dyno the bike with the screaming eagle pipes, but the bike feels about like it did before installing the Rush pipes and the SERT, which would lead me to believe I could have gotten better numbers with the screaming eagles and the SERT / dyno tune.
