Any Opinions on Freedom slip on pipes or RUSH slip ons
Opinions on Freedom slip on pipes as far as sound performance and loudness???
Also Opinions on Rush Touring oval slip ons and Big louie slip ons with 2.5 "baffles.
I have the cat removed!
appreciate you're comments.
I have the cat removed on my head pipe and I'm getting ready to order the Freedom Performance Outlaw slipons with the bandit baffles. I have 2 buddies with them, one with true duals the other with slipons, and the sound is awesome. I'm just saving a little cash to pull the trigger, but they are worth it to me.
I had several sets of Rush slip on pipes over the years and all were great. I prefer the quieter Bassani pipes now. Rush were great pipes with very good quality !! Good luck
I put some Louie's on a 13 Roadglide, with V&H dresser duals the 2 1/2" baffles did not sound or perform as well as the 2 1/4" baffles. No dyno involved. Rush quality and customer service is good and the baffles are easy to change out.
13 SG, with the stock head pipes I had the Rush Big Louie with 3". Sounded great, performed well. Put on the Rush True Duals, had a stage 1 done and replaced the 3" with 2.25. They were a bit loud for me so switched to the 2". Happy now. Adam at Rush is very responsive to emails if you have questions ot issues.
Not familiar with the Freedom slip-on's, but have had several sets of Rush over the past 4 bikes. I have the Big Louie 4" with the 2.5 baffle now and Vance & Hines power duel headpipe. Sounds great to me..but I like them loud and I like the deep sound of Rush pipes. There are louder pipes out there...just my .02 for you to ponder
Freedom Performance is grossly underestimated, my Liberty turned heads all the time. True rat rod sound, loud! But alas I had to go with something quieter.
Don't know anything about Freedom, but I've had Rush Big Louies with the 2.5 on an Ultra, and they sounded great. Pretty loud, but nothin' I can't ride behind. Nice big bagger sound.
