The replacement seat from Dennis Kirk arrived today. As you can see it's a bit tighter in the rear corners of the driver section as compared to the first seat. The return process was easy and Dennis Kirk sent the replacement right away. The whole process was done in a week. I'll try the seat on to see how it fits a little later, but this one looks good.

Whatever you guys think. A rep from Mustang took a look at the pic in this very thread and sent me a pm. He stated it should not have any wrinkles and that I should send it back for replacement. I didn't find him he found me.

Great customer service. I would have sent it back too. Skin should be tight... at least out of the box.
I've owned 7 Mustang seats on 4 different bikes. None had wrinkles. I did receive one that had a slightly uneven stitch pattern. Sent a pic to Mustang and they immediately apologized and replaced it. Good company IMO.
I bought my LePera seat from Dennis Kirk. They priced matched the price of a competitor and free shipping. They also told me I could send it back if I didn't like it. Obviously, it had to be in brand new condition. The tech said as long as no wear marks anywhere, they would take it back no problem.
I purchased a Mustang seat several years ago and it had a wrinkle. I delt with a person at Mustang named Ike and he sent me a replacement that was tight with no wrinkles.
