amp requires more power than anything up in the fairing do yourself & your bike a favor and take the time and run both back to the battery.

These Amps require more power than your wire harness can handle, definitely need to run another set of wires. 10 gauge flexible copper wire is preferred, machine tool wire or similar.

If you running the power yourself make sure you put some protection as close to the battery as possible.

On mine I used a very short wire from the battery to a 30 amp circuit breaker on the positive side.
