I have the quick detach tourpack and would like to have it set back a little more. wife complains i lean back into her to much. is there a kit to add to the quick detach frame that will allow adjustment?

On the King Tour Pak there is a second set of holes that allows you to just un-bolt it and move it back 1.5 inches or so. I think factory setting are in the closer holes. My wife was happy with just that adjustment. Not sure if the leather Tour Pak has those holes however.

My buddy has a Kuryakan sliding adjustable set-up he likes. And do a search for a "Georges" adjustable kit also.

 

If the 1 1/2" is not enough it should be easy enough to fabricate a plate that would allow a further position. Don't get crazy with going back too far though or you will take it too far off center and all the weight will be at the back. That and with the passenger pushing back during seating it could put stress on the docking hardware and could cause an accidental release of the pack (not good).

 

Get the George Anderson relocation kit. Best money I have spent on my bike hands down.
