Just installed the smart siren and security system pager II. When I shut the pager off, the bottom right LED will keep on flashing red. Is this normal? Thanks for your help.

No, you just put it into silent mode, You need to press and hold to shut it down. It will long beep, then shut down.

To be more specific, when turning it on, it will beep twice. Holding the button down again for a second or so will put it into silent mode with red flashing light. Pressing and holding the button down, it will short beep then long beep and shut down.
