Yes, got it today. My bike is torn apart because I'm replacing stock bars w/some KW +2's so I haven't ridden it. They did put a 5" long scratch in the material though. Hopefully it will wear away from my jeans rubbing on it during riding. It's the stock seat but was removed when purchased & only had about 350-400 miles on it so it WAS in perfect condition. It appears there's very little padding in it(did the 1.5" lower mod). You can definitely tell where the original padding stops & the memory foam begins. So far I'm not impressed w/MCC. BUT I'm anxious to try it out. Have to wait till my bars, clutch cable & tranny gasket get here though.

So let me see if I can understand. You have a problem paying $170 +or- to have a seat you already own modified to your exact size and ride style but have no problem paying $400-600 for a generic seat one size fits all. I had my Road King seat done by them and could not be happier with the results.Great people to deal with and will stand by their product.

So what do you guys use in the meantime while the seat is away? You just give up riding for 2 weeks?

I was fortunate to have a friend who installed a mustang seat on his ride but still had his 08 Ultra OEM seat with very little ride time on it.

Like 12hdrk said, I didn't want to invest $150-$175 in a cheap *** stock seat then decide I really needed an aftermarket one after all! It should be here tomorrow, was supposed to be here Friday(wasted another weekend!). I'll let y'all know if it's all it's cracked up to be. Have a feeling it'll still feel cheap but we shall see.

This guy has zero credibility with me. In the first quote from his earlier thread, he's complaining about waiting from Friday to Monday (when the seat actually arrived) as a "wasted week-end."

In his subsequent post, he reports that his bike is torn apart, and he's still waiting or handlebars, etc. to finish an install.

How he "wasted a week-end" because he waited from Friday to Monday to get the seat back from MCC is lost on me. Takes 10 minutes or so to install a seat.

If it's too much, go buy another seat.
