Weird short vibration at higher RPM
So, recently I've been experiencing a weird vibration. It happens at around 3100-3300 RPMs and is very short (abotu a second or so). It sorta feels like I'm picking up a short road vibration like I ran over a short speed strip. But it only happens at around 3100-3300 RPMs and not all the time and not in all gears all the time. Sometimes it pretty consistent in that RPM band and sometimes it's not. If I stay below 3000 RPMs I never feel it.
The only thing I have done recently is change the tires. Any ideas?
Thanks.

That's what I was thinking. I actually used the HD tension tool to set the belt tension. But to verify, I pushed up on the belt with the tool until the bottom of the saddle hit the 3rd line (each line is 1/8") on the window and the tool measured on the 10lb line.
