anybody do this and whats the cost roughly. on a classic it looks easy but with the lights and speakers on an Ultra it looks way more complicated. have a 2013 ultra and would love to b able to just take off the tour pack at the drop of a dime

Had mine put on when I bought the bike, with labor, about $500. Might have gotten a discount too. Expensive but worth it. Myself, having them do it was worth it too.

 

Local dealer did my 2009 Ultra for 1.5 hours labor plus the parts at 20% off.

 

I think these things look cool as hell but I've used my tourpack literally every day that I've owned the bike either to commute to work or on the weekend rides with my wife.I suppose if I didn't haul so much crap back and forth to work I could get by without it.

I had my 2013 RGU done at the dealership when I bought it. Only have it on when taking long trips , or when Wife and I are going on weekend trip. worth every cent.
