I would love to see someone come up with a chrome battery box cover for the ride side. To me, this was a huge error on the MoCo's part when they did the 'King. I love that old FL look, and the battery box was a key part of it.

Why not add a kicker to the tranny? That would be functional and ol' skool.

Where can you get some "pan" rocker covers to fit a tc88?

I've seen them and talked to a couple of parts guys about them and they all said that they leak.

Need Your Opinions: (BTW, Thanks for finding this great thread again!)

Take a look at the two pictures of my bike during its transformation. The first picture shows the front of the bike with the 'old school' headlamp - passing lamp - turn signal visors (old style). The second picture shows my bike with the updated HD visor - passing lamp - turn signal trim rings. I believe the first picture is more 'traditional' than the newer trim rings. Which ones do you guys like best?

Don't hold any punches. [sm=smiley18.gif]

I saw a picture that really piqued my interest and kinda adds a nice nostalgic look. Here is a link to the post w/ scanned pic.

Whiskers, They both look really good. For my part the first one has a more retro look. Pretty subtle change. I always like it when this post pops back up. You're bike is really beautiful! Did you ever come up with a new paint scheme? I know you were looking.
