Default slip on opinions

I have narrowed down two slip ons for my 2013 electra glide classic. Screamin Eagle and RC components are the ones i am leaning toward. Which one will work best with no other modifications? Which one will give the least decel popping? Thanks for the input.

Too many variables to give you an answer. The S/E mufflers will have the EPA stamp, so they'll tend to be quieter, and you'll get no hassle from the police due to noise.

There's negligible performance benefit from simply changing mufflers, so pick ones you like to listen to and look at.

I went with the RC Components (RCX-Haust) slip on, slash down (no tip). I bought them because they sounded good pre-Stage 1 - the cat. converter was still in the head pipe. When I did the stage 1, I installed a V&H Power Dual head pipe. Now they are a little loud for long trips, so I wear ear plugs. They sound good at idle and they bark when you get on the throttle even with the cat. in the head pipe. If mufflers is all you want to do, I would recommend the RCX-Haust. However, sound is very subjective - what I think sounds good may be totally different than what you think. Good luck in your decision.

Attached a couple of pics.

there are a few different S/E mufflers...I use the nightstick which is made by supertrapp, as is the fatshot.

They can be made adjustable by removing the security screw, they then use any of the supertrapp 4" end caps or disks

I have supertrapps on a few of my bikes.
obviously, I like them alot.

I went with RCX and am very happy. Got them from Eastern Performance. Throaty but no too loud.

I have the SE Street Cannons. I like the sound, not excessively loud, and bark when I crack the throttle.
