For a 2007 FLHTCU?

Something along the lines like "brown wire with white strip is for the left turn signal" etc...

I have another thread up going over my problem but a diagram breaking down what wire color does what would be a huge help.

For both the right and left hand controls.

i tried to scan you a copy of the page in the serivce manual, but the type is too small and you can not read the scan after it goes through the machine. My only suggestion, unless someone has the manual electronically, is to pickup an 07 touring service manual, it would be a big help.
