flush plugs from Advance Auto parts














grab a tube of clear silicone if you worry about them leaking.

Why? Why would you want to remove the rack?
I was just thinking yesterday I never use the thing and it makes it damn near impossible to clean and polish the top of the tour pack.

I was thinking the same thing. But I use mine with a little tour pack bag on long trips. Plus, I think the bike looks better with the rack.

Nice idea...Hey if it makes you happy and it solves a issue you are having who should care why you did it??
HD sells some nice chrome spears to solve the same issue you have but at 40plus X's as much... Hey whats the worst that can happen??You put the rack back on??? LOL...
