Just got my order from J&P Cycles. Ordered a K&N oil filter and on the plastic wrapper it is stamped "made in Korea". Is this for real? I am thinking of sending it back.

If you suspect it came from North Korea, notify the State Department. I am confident it was manufactured in South Korea so trade sanctions have not been compromised. Thanks for your vigilance.

 

It would be cheaper to throw it out than to mail a $10 filter back to Korea.

 

You are very mistaken if you think a HD is made totally in the USA, sad to say but its true, that didn't stop me though, I'm on my 3rd one, lol.

 

I guess K&N decided the co. needs more profit.
