My fork slider bushings are showing some wear. If I go with mono tubes, do they eliminate the use of the slider bushings? I don't really know what they look like, but I'm thinking they might. Anyone know that's installed a set?

 

No they don't replace them. They replace the spring assembly. However they are cheap and easy to replace while doing mono tube change over? Also replace fork seals at same time. I love my mono tubes so far!

 

If I'm going to have to replace the bushings and seals anyway, I'll just keep the other internals that I already have. I'm pretty satisfied with the ride since I went to heavier fork oil.
