02 plug removal
I'm looking at re-installing my 02 sensors but am having trouble removing the 02 sensor plugs that were put in there initially...anyone have any advice for getting them out?

Try heating the pipe, not the plug with a propane torch.

What Vang said, or get a bigger hammer, lol... Heat should do the trick to melt whatever they bonded the plug with. You can pick up a portable propane torch at ace for under 30 bucks, cheap and you got one for future use.

I tried to pull plugs out of V&H Pro-pipe, The bungs broke instead of the plugs coming out.

Use NeverSeize on the old/new sensor threads before reinstalling and next time will be easier.

Try some penetrating oil first before using a torch.
Soak em' good for a day or so.
They should loosen.
