Default Baffle questions

I have a set of wild pig slip on with dresser
Duals. I need a little more sound if I remove
The baffle and drill all the holes larger will that
Increase the sound much. Or what If I cut the
Overall length of the baffle down will that produce
More sound.

Is your baffle louvered or just perforated?

If it's louvered, see if the louvers 'catch' the exhaust if so, maybe you can invert the baffle so that the exhaust 'flows over' the louvers. That will make a difference. If the exhaust is already flowing over the louvers, you can flatten out several inches of the louver with a hammer and a dowel (be careful not to distort the baffle) and that will add some sound.

If you put more holes in the baffles, its gonna make more sound. If you cut the end off of the baffle you will increase the flow significantly, no restriction, no backpressure. Or you can hack the baffles and put torque cones in it, that will keep some backpressure. You can get em at the stealer for less than 30 bucks. The wild pigs you have should sound good already, how much louder do u want it, lol. Good luck.

I just unwrapped mine (Wild Pig slip-ons) and it woke them up. Almost too loud after cams.

Mine have been unwrapped for a few years
What do y'all think if I just cut the baffles in half
And run half baffles in each pipe
