Yes. Was out west a few weeks ago, and ran into the combination of high temps, altitude, higher freeway speed limits, headwinds, questionable gas - - basically hotter engine and higher loads, so I was getting some ping. Emailed Fuel Moto, asking for advice - they said take out 3 degrees of spark. Easily done with Quicktune. Solved the problem.

When you took that 3 degrees of spark, what range did you remove it from....medium? And did you end up leaving it like that or did you change back after the trip. Also, did you notice any change in performance with a little less advance? I think I' m having a little ping in the 2500-3000 RPM range that doesn't seem to show up as a spark knock event when data recording a ride. It's hot as hell here in Fla. right now. Thanks

One place on the backroads in se Colorado, I had to take a few gallons of 85 octane. Bike ran with no ping as long as I was moderate with the throttle.
