I take it from the post above your bike is a 2012 FLHTCU. Go on fleabay, round 100 shipped to your door for a decatted pipe. Or you can DIY and save even more. Heat gone and your slip ons will sound a little deeper, win win. You can even run the stock slip ons with em, lots of people here like the sound the kittyless pipe give em. Good luck man.

What he said, just put my de catted head pipe back on my ultra yesterday with the stock slip ons and took a short 50 mile ride. The heat is gone. Sounds the same to me maybe a tad stronger when your on the throttle.

DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

Fullsac X-Pipe or Fuel Moto X-Pipe.

Might as well get a stage 1 air cleaner, and a REAL turner too!

I just ordered and received a de-catted stock header pipe from these guys. I haven't had time to put it on yet, but it seems like they did a good job of cutting, cleaning out the cat, and re-welding the pipe. I'll have it on this weekend. For $135 shipped, it's not a bad deal.

I got the Vance and Hines true duals. I have 18,000 miles on them and so far not a single issue.

I use a Fuel Moto 2-1-2 head pipe on my 2010 Road King. Great pipe...all stainless with beautiful welds.

Fullsac also has a similar product. I don't think you'll go wrong with either.
