Default 21 pirelli night dragon psi

Hello all,

I searched but found only discussion on the merits of the night dragons, which I have already purchased (21 front/16 rear). Other day I was on the highway and got "the wobble" I also noticed the black tar snakes had me dancing a bit too.
Long story short, stopped in at a tire spot, and found the rear had 45, and the front was 33 (!?) so I just matched front to rear. I chromed the factory rear but have an aftermarket front (of course since the motor company wont put a 21 on even a cvo). As a sidebar; the FL fender is MADE for a 21!!!
Tires themselves are rated "max 50 psi."

Question is: what should I be runnning psi wise to keep this crap from happening?

I usually run my tires at max psi.

You need different tires. If you doubt what I say, wait and see if these get better with some wear. If they do, different tires next time.....

I'm running the Pirellis, and so far I'm not too impressed. Rear tire is showing a lot of wear after 6k miles.

I only got 4k on a rear. Granted, I've got a strong 103 and I ride hard, but 4k is not acceptable to me.

Yeah I agree low mileage for the tires, maybe they're just a little too soft for these heavy bikes. Honestly the grip on them aren't that great either, or at least from what I've experienced.

I agree. There is 'soft and sticky' (good) and then there is 'soft and greasy' (not so good)

I found them to be the latter.
