I bought the Super Bright 18 LED bulb. Works great and only $17.95.

The tail light LED is just a Plug-N-Play. But make sure it is Red.
I replaced the turn signals with the CD units. They require a Load Equalizer.
So I bought the Badlands Run/Brake/Tail Illuminator. It included the equalizer.

The brake is much brighter. The photos do not give it justice.
Interesting. Well, it didnt seem much brighter as a running light, but I thought definitely a bit brighter when the brake was on.

I guess I'll see what the brighter 45 LED one is like!

By itself it would not require a load equalizer but I have one because I my front and rear turn signals are LEDs too.
Thanks for the info, Keith. Looks like $ well spent.

I didn't go just by when I looked at it. I also watched how much light hit the door when in the garage with the door closed. It was bright when just turned on. And really brighter with brakes applied!. I tested it with and without the turn signals.
