18mm plug socket - Sears # 43330 - $4.00

This is the odd-ball size you need

It's not that Harley went metric.
Just some plug makers decided to do different sizing I'd guess.
Had one of the bosses pickups in last summer.
Non of my standard spark plug sockets would fit.
Ended up using a metric. Then bought the metric plug to fit.
Turns out some of the german made equipment we have also
uses the same odd size socket. But don't remember the size
like I said above I think 15 but could be 16 like other guy said.
Haven't checked the plug on my 06 yet.

Just use whatever deep socket that fits.........pretty simple.

I don't know what size I use off the top of my head, but it doesn't have to be a sparkplug socket.

...don't even use a socket.. I like open end wrench or ratcheting box end..cut a wrench in half and it packs easy.

UPDATE:

Just got my Lockit Socket tool in the mail today - 3 days WA to WI for $4 shipping.

This is a quality unit - well worth the extra bucks IMHO!!! The knurled edges and multiple wrench or ratchet options make life somuch easier.

If you paid big bucks for your scoot, why not spend $20+ for this custom 11/16" spark plug unit

AAAAAAA++++++++++. Would buy again.

A 11/16 will work. If you can't figure this one out, I don't think you should be changing your plugs. As for 11/16 deep well, I think everyone from Walmart to Autozone has one. Probabaly got the cash in your front pocket to cover it.
