Default Need advice -- Tour-pak brake light accent cover

I have installed before the HD Ultra Tour-Pak Brake Light Chrome Accent Cover - 59239-93. Really a two man job. I wasn't going to put it on this bike but now deciding to put it on. Drilling the holes isn't too bad, but bending the chrome around the lights so it fits close, is a bitch. Has anyone come up with an easer way. Looking for any advice or tips.

Thanks in advance JIM

They come bent, but you still have to bend/ pull then more for a close fit. I have seen many installs that are not too good. I am looking for a factory look.
