grant it i have a 2012 . msrp on my bike was 24,500. its a custom color. i played one dealer off another to get the price down. they dropped the price of the bike to 22,500. but i had a trade so that brought it to 18,500 and put 2000 down which put me at 16k. i did not pay setup or dock fees so after taxes and licence i was at about 18k. and i got 1 free oil change and 10% off parts etc for 90 days and the wife got the t shirt. lol

so since your never gonna get away from taxes or license. i would work them on the setup and dock fees and accessories. thats the kind stuff you can really work them on. if you can find a dealer with the same or a better bike in a smaller market that is still close that is the way to work them. i found a ultra same color as my bike and i flat out told them if you dont drop the price to atleast what the ultra is or better im buying the ultra. i already had the bank note in my hand when i did this. i was at work setting windmill tower and basically let them know i didnt give a sh*t either way if they sold me that bike or not. Which was a lie lol. but you can work the dealers i know i have done it. and some mark there bikes up more then other because of the size of the city there in and there may not be as many dealers as close. i might be one of them guys who got lucky i dont know but it worked for me so. i would get them to drop atleast the setup and dock fee and i think you will be fine.

btw i have cruise no abs and my bike left stock.

burnitdown got roughly 1800 worth the upgrades and accesories and was out the door at 22 500 do the math

I bought my '13 Street Glide on 12/31/12. The dealer had some "program money" to use and that made the decision on to buy that bike that day or wait a couple of weeks pretty easy.

To me the bottom line is get a deal that you are happy with and don't worry what others are paying.

I paid $20,600 for mine thru the military and that was with color option, abs/security option, wheel option, and that included the 5 year unlimited mile warranty with wheel and tire coverage. And someone expects us to believe they got it for less than that? I would love to see a buyers order signed and delivered.
