Here's what it looks like right after the rain. I added some contrast with vivid black latch covers and tour pak latches. I was thinking of getting black lowers but dunno how it would look against the chrome headlight / running lights.
Added benefit is cagers think you're the POPO, so they mind their manners.

I've always had black bikes,but I must be getting old because
I'm tired of trying to keep black clean.I saw a white pearl bike
at the dealer yesterday & really liked it.Been thinking of buying
a new Ultra since my classic has over 71,000 on it.I would like
to see what this color looks like fixed up.Anyone got any pics?

I thought about paint & buying a 103'',but
I've about decided to buy a new one in the
fall.Going to ride west next year for a couple
of weeks & thought we might be pushing our
luck since we'll have 80,000 mis.or better by
then.She's been a great bike.

You put plenty of miles on that one. I would be looking at a new one too. But if you had say 20k and really liked the bike I couldnt see cutting your nose off to spite your face. Plenty of good bikes out there.
