Default Vibration after brake change

Changed all brake pads today, front and rear. Fronts weren't bad, but rear was pretty worn (I would guess maybe about 1/16th of an inch of pad left or less).

Everything went well but on the test ride I get a slight vibration when I apply the rear brake. Braking action is fine and no air was introduced. ABS still functions.

Any thoughts on the cause? Could this be the disc?

UPDATE: After reading some more on the net, I read where someone suggested to kill the motorcycle while riding and then apply the brake. I did this and didn't get any vibration when braking. So maybe I did get some air in the ABS system and need to have the dealer hook up their machine to it?
